Software ViewTMS is used for visualization, data editing and explorative analyses of microclimatic data measured by TMS1 and TMS3 units. The basic performance of the viewer comprises visualization of data from three temperature sensors, as well as from soil moisture sensor. You can also calculate average, minimal, maximal values, or growing degree days for a given period (calendar month, weeks, or arbitrary chosen). All calculation could be run in batch mode for large set of data.
