Předneseno:(ICPIG)/31./Granada,14.07.2013-19.07.2013Gas phase discharges in contact with liquid generate a variety of chemical effects in the liquid. Depending on the gas phase composition, a number of primary and secondary chemically active species can be formed by these discharges in the gas and at the gas-liquid interface, which can penetrate or dissolve into the liquid and initiate chemical and biocidal processes in the liquid. In this work the aqueous-phase chemistry of reactive oxygen (ROS) and nitrogen (RNS) species produced by air pulsed discharge plasma in contact with water surface was examined. Formations of transient species (OH, NO2, NO radicals) as well as stable chemical products (O3, H2O2, NO3 -, NO2 -) produced by the discharge at gas-liquid interface and directly in water were analyzed under various conditions. The main reaction pathways of ROS and RNS and their specific contributions to chemical and biocidal effects of discharge plasma at gas/liquid
