    We tried to overcome the drawback of conventional IS using an advanced concept of IS data evaluation. In this concept, the use of an equivalent circuit is not needed; the important parameters, such as number of freely moving ions, ion jumping frequency etc., can be obtained directly from our new approach (the random-walk of carriers). Here we also present the electrode polarization behavior with respect to the applied voltage.
