Kmen S. cerevisiae exprimující Ngr1-TagRFP byl připraven pomocí intragenomového značení na principu homologní rekombinace s použitím kazety nesoucí červený fluorescenční protein TagRFP-T a gen pro rezistenci k nourseothricinu. Mikroskopické obrazy tohoto kmene získané za různých fyziologických a stresových podmínek jsou použitelné jako referenční vzorky pro analýzu buněčné granularity pomocí SW oCellaris

Strain S.cerevisiae expressing Ngr1-TagRFP was constructed by intragenous tagging procedure based on homologous recombination with use of a cassette carrying the red fluorescent protein TagRFP-T and the gene encoding resistance to nourseothricin. Microscopy images of this strain taken under various physiological and stress conditions are suitable as reference images for analysis of cell granularity with SW oCellaris
