    The hydrodynamics of soil water flow based on the continuous measurement of the voltage on the potassium ion selective electrode and the electrical conductivity of the water in the closure profile at small catchment Liz is described and evaluated. The experimental watershed is equipped with automatic monitoring stations for the continuous measurements of air and soil temperatures, suction pressures in the soil (water tensiometers), soil moisture and precipitation amount and intensity. Next to this closing profile an automatic monitoring system for the gradient measurement of the heat and water transfer in the surface layer of the atmosphere and soil is installed. In the closing profile of the Liz catchment, the surface water is analysed using pH, conductivity, and potassium sensors.
