The paper is devoted to the problem of pole assignment in non-square implicit linear systems by state feedback. The problem is considered under the assumption of weak regularizability, necessary conditions of its solvability have already been established. In this paper we go further and su ciency conditions for the so-called column regularizable systems are proven.
