Der Aufsatz beschäftigt sich mit der einfachen, aber sicher legitimen Frage: existiert der Bau, der dem Maler als Vorbild für seine Abbildung des alttestamentliches Palastes des Kömigs David dienen könnte? Die Antwort ist genauso einfach wie die Frage: es geht um das Palais aus der Radierung von Paul Vredeman de Vries: Ionica-Odor; es zeigt sich durch sie, wie eng waren die Beziehungen der rudolfinischen Künstler.

The article deals with rather very simple question: the building, which served the painter for the image of the palace of the jewish king David, exists it? The answer is just as simple, like the question: this is the palace from the engraving Paul Vredeman´s de Vries: Ionica-Odor; it demonstrates the tight relationship between rudolphine artist.
