Two electrorheological devices (a rotational rheometer Anton Paar MCR 501 equipped with the electrorheological cell and a rotational rheometer Bohlin Gemini (Malvern Instruments) modified for ER experiments) were used for measurements of the electrorheological characteristics of suspensions of polyaniline (PANI) particles with the silicone oil medium. The measurements were carried out in sufficiently broad ranges of entry parameters. Experimental data, obtained with the help of two substantially different approaches what concerns generating an electric field, were compared and analyzed.
