The author appreciates important improvements brought in R. Bialik suggested model by introducing the effect of turbulent velocity fluctuations into modeling of particles saltation movement. However he recommended using 3D model of particle saltation, because the problem of particle-particle collision cannot be successfully solved under the 2D particle motion. Similarly, particle rotation cannot be neglected, because the particle velocity immediately after a collision depends on the particle angular velocity before collision. Further, the Basset force should be calculated with regard to the particle collisions, which increases the Basset force within a short period after the collision, so that its impulse remains finite.
