Článek na širokém českojazyčném materiálu 16. – 18. století mapuje proměnu žánrového zpracování česky psaných textů o svatých a vývoj žánru „životů svatých“ v tomto období, a také poukazuje na řadu dosud málo známých raněnovověkých hagiografických textů.

On the base of the Czech language material of the 16th – 18th centuries, the article is mapping the genre transformation of the Czech language texts on the Saints and the development of the genre „the Lives of the Saints“ during this period, and, in addition, refers to a number of hitherto little known early modern hagiographic texts.
