The workshop “Jets in Proton-Proton and Heavy-Ion Collisions” took place in Prague, Czech Republic, August 12–14, 2010. We met in the tranquility of Emauzy Abbey to discuss various aspects of jet reconstruction in ultra-relativistic heavy-ion collisions and particle physics. The workshop brought together experimentalists and theorists interested in jet production in pp, p + A, and A + A collisions. The scientific program included jet reconstruction with large backgrounds, jet quenching observables at RHIC and LHC, particle identification in jets, heavy-quark tagged jets, underlying event, theory and phenomenology of jet quenching and Monte Carlo generators for jet quenching. We would like to thank all of the participants of this workshop for their contributions and lively, fruitful discussions.
