The EMBO Young Scientists Forum aims to bring together young European researchers in order to motivate and inspire students to pursue their career and education in the life sciences. Through a series of lectures and informal discussions the meeting provides the opportunity to Czech PhD students and postdocs to interact with Europe's most promising young scientists, members of the EMBO Young Investigator Programme. Czech PhD students had the possibility to present their work through their poster sessions and discuss some of the policies and practices for doing world-class science.
