Divergent Flow Isoelectric Focusing (DF IEF) was used for the separation and purification of proteins from complex crude extracts from Arabidopsis thaliana, barley and beer. The further analysis involved SDS page followed by MS analysis of peptides and MS analysis of intact proteins.
