In presented abstract we describe that some N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide based conjugates with bound doxorubicin enhance surface glycosylation of EL-4 cells, probably by overexpression of CD43 molecule and thus sensitize such affected cells to galectin-1 triggered apoptosis
