Půdní pH je jedním ze zásadních regulačních faktorů denitrifikace. Výsledky studie ukázaly, že velikost denitrifikačního společenstva souvisí s výskytem jednotlivých genů pro důležité reduktázy. Půdní pH přitom ovlivňuje denitrifikaci skrze různé charakteristiky.
Soil pH is one of most important factors of regulation of denitrification and N2O emissions. Results showed that the size of denitrifying community is correlated with the amount of various genes encoding individual reductases. Soil pH influences denitrification through different parameters.
