To determine if spontaneous hatched blastocyst stage embryo transfers (ETs) affect pregnancy rate and associated outcomes compared with blastocyst stage ETs and to investigate what factors may influence this. Cultivation of embryos 120 hrs improve pregnancy rate. To achhieved speontaneous hatched blastocyst give high probability for ongoing pregnancy. Blastocyst culture is maybe applicable for single embryo transfer.
