It has been this work’s objective to investigate transformation processes effected by tempering of some tar products. Pure anthracene samples (99.41 mass.%) were employed for any of the experimental procedures that concerned thermolysis brought about at different conditions. Subsequently these mesophase products were subject of microscopy investigations that provided for data indicating different rates of anisotropy as well as different anisotropic textures. Also some differences in thermal behaviour and kinetic parameters of mesophase oxidation were observed.

Tato práce je zaměřena na studium transformačních procesů při temperaci vybraných dehtárenských produktů. Pro experiment byl použit připravený čistý anthracen (>99 hm.%). Byl vystaven termolýze za různých procesních podmínek. Při posuzováni vzorků získaných různými termolytickými variantami bylo využito stanovení mezofáze a jejího mikroskopického vyhodnocení. Proces oxidace mezofáze byl sledována metodou termogravimetrické analýzy.
