Recording electrophysiological signals is common part of sophisticated experimental systems. In many cases it is necessary to combine recording of required signals with subsequent mathematical analysis. Another useful component for experiments is a synchronous detection with video signals. Therefore, the aim of present study was to develop software for continuous recording and analysis of electrophysiological signals and making them work together with the system oriented to a video signal
Záznam elektrofyziologických signálů je běžnou částí sofistikovaných experimentálních systémů. V mnoha případech je nezbytné zkombinovat záznam požadovaných signálů s následnou matematickou analýzou. Další užitečnou komponentou pro experimenty je synchronní detekce s video signálem. Cílem této práce proto bylo vytvořit software pro kontinuální záznam a analýzu elektrofyziologických signálů ve spolupráci s video signálem
