Ways of nondestructive magnetic testing of cast iron by the MAT method is explained. It shows how to test both quality of the cast iron metallic matrix and (provided the matrix structure is constant) shape of the graphite inclusions.

Možnosti nedestruktivního magnetického testování litiny metodou MAT jsou vysvětleny. Je možno testovat jak kvalitu kovové matrice litiny, tak i (při konstantní struktuře matrice) tvar grafitických inkluzí.
