The expansion of a laser-produced plasma into the vacuum was analyzed with the use of a signal function based on shifted Maxwell velocity distribution. The deconvolution of time-of-flight spectra of ions made the determination of partial currents of various ion groups possible.

Expanze laserem generovaného plazmatu do vakua byla analyzována pomocí signálové funkce odvozené z posunutého Maxwellova rychlostního rozdělení. Dekonvoluce průletových spekter iontů umožnila určit parciální proudy jednotlivých iontových grup.
