In this paper we are aiming at describing the effect of the blender size on the rates of mixing and segregation, as well as the effects of essential process parameters by empirical model developed by fitting the data obtained in blending experiments carried out with two model formulations in different sizes of geometrically similar blenders. Using two completely different model formulations in this study, we are also seeking to distinguish between results specific to a particular mixture and those valid in a more general scale.

Cílem práce bylo popsat vliv rozměru zařízení na mísení a segregaci práškových směsí. Data byla naměřena ve dvou různě velkých, geometricky podobných aparátech a byla popsána empirickým modelem. Byly použity dva odlišné modely k rozlišení výsledků, závislých na vlastnostech směsi a dat, která je možné zevšeobecnit.
