Standard peptides with differently alkylated N-terminal cysteines were monitored in different solutions in time and the products were analyzed using MALDI-TOF/TOF MS. The use of different alkylating reagents and their influence on the protein identification were then compared on the real sample on NLTP1 from barley.

V čase a různých roztocích byly sledovány standardní peptidy s různě alkylovanými cysteiny na N-konci a následně byly analyzovány pomocí MALDI-TOF/TOF MS. Dále byla provedena aplikace uplatnění různých alkylačních činidel a jejich vliv na identifikaci proteinů na reálný vzorek NLTP1 protein z ječmene.
