Chitosans and glucans have been extracted from edible mushrooms, such as Pleurotus ostreatus, Agaricus hortensis and Lycoperdon perlatum, using successive alkali and acidic extraction or direct acidic extraction. Solid-state 13C NMR and infrared spectroscopies were used for their structural characterization.

Chitosany a glukany byly extrahovány z jedlých hub, jako je Pleurotus ostreatus, Agaricus hortensis and Lycoperdon perlatum, pomocí po sobě jdoucí alkalické a acidické extrakce či přímé acidické extrakce. K jejich strukturní charakterizaci byla užita 13C NMR spektroskopie pevného stavu a infračervená spektroskopie.
