We presented our results of measuremnet of the refractive index profile, fibre and cable cut-off wavelenght and chromatic dispersion (both by interferometric and phase shift method) on dipersion shifted fibres. We tested two non-zero dispersion shifted fibres: TrueWave (Lucent) and TeraLight (Alcatel) and one dispersion compensating fibre (DCF, Lucent).
