Glycopeptide dendrimers containing tumor antigen of the Tn type were prepared using chemoselective maleimide ligation at pH 6.5, purified by dialysis and analyzed by microbore HPLC and ESI MS or MALDI-TOF-MS. Yields of the ligations were 80-90%.
