New PEG-based polymer conjugates with doxorubicin and ATG were synthesised by aminolysis of polymer-Dox sulfosuccinimidyl ester with antibody. Both the polymers, with and without the antibody, exhibited a significantly higher anti-cancer activity against EL4 lymphoma in vivo than free Dox though all of them showed a lower anti-proliferative activity in vitro than the free low-molecular-weight drug.
