The effects of edge plasma biasing have been recently investigated by different spectroscopic diagnostic on the CASTOR tokamak.Measurements in visible, VUV and XUV ranges complement the knowledge of processes during a biasing phase, and confirm the occurrence of several types of plasma biasing regimes-so called "radiating regime", study the possibility of Electron Bernstein Wave.
