Nonimprovable effective sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of an omega-periodic solution of the equation uď(t)=f(u)(t),where f is a continuous omega-periodic functions into the Banach space of omega-periodic Lebesque integrable functions and satisfying the Caratheodory conditions, are established.
