Cupola handbook sumarizes the state of art of the knowledge and operation of the Coke Cupola Furnace as a major device for melting scrap metal. In addition, mathematical model of the furnace is described enabling prediction in "what if mode" of the cupola productivity, thermal efficiency of melting and the quality, composition and temperature of the molten metal as the major product.
