Photoinduced centers in PbZr_1-xTi_xO₃ single crystals.

Measurements of ESR spectra in PbZr_1-xTi_xO₃, xó0.06, single crystals were performed at T=(10ö40)K befor and after UV light illumination. Unavoidable impurities Fe³⁺, Pt³⁺, Ni³⁺ and Ti³⁺ were revealed respectively before and after light illumination. Low symmetry of PZT and PbZrO₃ lattices manifest itself respectively in 8 and 4 magnetically nonequivalent positions of the paramagnetic ions.
