Stand der bisherigen palynologischen Forschung in Mikulčice. Er beinhaltet die Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse älterer Arbeiten (H. Svobodová) sowie Ergebnisse neuer Forschungen (Talaueprojekt 1996-2001 in Mikulčice). Stösst an einen kleinen Aussagewert der Proben aus den Talauensedimenten. Ausgeprägter Fortschritt ist von der Gewinnung neuer hochwertiger Proben abhängig.

Condition of the pollen research in Mikulčice at the present time. It includes a summary of the results of previous articles (H. Svobodová) and also results of the new researches within the framework of flood plain project. Value of pollen analysis is limited because of a small significance of the samples coming from flood plain sediments. Greater progress in this area of knowledge depends on obtaining new samples of better quality.
