The PERUN system allows to run the crop model using various types of the input weather series. The main purpose of the system, which is being developed since 2001, is (i) probabilistic seasonal crop yield forecasting for a given site, and (ii) analysis of impacts of climate change on the crop yields and on other crop growth and development characteristics. The system is based on the crop growth model WOFOST (version 7, slightly modified by the present authors) and the six-variate version of the stochastic daily weather generator Met&Roll
