In order to verify computer model of C-terminus TRPV1 with docked ATP and TNP-ATP ligands a set of fluorescence spectroscopy experiments were carried out. Our experimentally gained results are in accordance with molecular models predictions. K735 plays the crucial role in ATP binding
Ověření počítačového modelu C-konce TRPV1 s nadokovanými ligandy ATP a TNP-ATP bylo provedeno s využitím fluorescenční spektroskopie. Experimentálně získané výsledky potvrdily předpoklady molekulárních modelů. K735 má zásadní význam pro vazbu ATP
