NaNbO3 thin films were deposited by the pulsed laser ablation (PLD) technique on Si/SiO2/Ti/Pt/SrRuO3 and Si/SrRuO3 substrates.The structural and optical investigation were performed by X-Ray, micro-Raman, ellipsometry and atomic force microscopy (AFM)

NaNbO3 tenké vrstvy byly připravovány s využitím techniky pulsní laserové ablace na substráty typu Si/SiO2/Ti/Pt/SrRuO3 a Si/SrRuO3. Výzkum strukturních a optických vlastností byl realizován pomocí rentgenové difrakce, mikroramana, elipsometrie a AFM
