Different agonists of M2 receptors activate individual subclasses of G-proteins to the different extent without mutual correlation. So agonists induce the agonist-specific conformations. The magnitude of stimulation correclates with magnitude of negative cooperativity between the agonist and the GDP

Různí agonisté M2 receptorů aktivují jednotlivé skupiny G-proteinů do různé míry bez vzájemné korelace. Agonisté tedy indukují pro ně specifické konformace. Míra aktivace koreluje s velikostí negativní kooperativity mezi agonistou a GDP
