The aim of the study was to find out whether leukotriene levels in exhaled breath condensate were increased in the nonasthmatic adult patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis both during and after the pollen season in comparison with healthy controls and to assess the changes of the leukotrine levels after the pollen season.

Cílem studie bylo zjistit, zda hladiny leukotrienů v kondenzátu vydechovaného vzduchu jsou u neastmatických dospělých pacientů se sezónní alergickou rýmou zvýšené v průběhu pylové sezóny i po ní oproti zdravým kontrolám, a zhodnotit změny v hladině leukotrienů po pylové sezóně.
