A series of peptide poly(HPMA) conjugates with tumor endothelium specificity were studied. The oligopeptide sequences PHSCN, GRGDG, RGDfK and SIGYPLP were synthesized and their ability to target on the human umbilical vein endothelial cells was examined.

Byla studována série polymerních konjugátů na bázi poly(HPMA), nesoucích peptidové cílící jednotky do nádorového endothelia. Byly syntetizovány peptidové sekvence PHSCN, GRGDG, RGDfK a SIGYPLP a stanovena jejich směrující aktivita vzhledem k endotheliálním HUVEC buňkám.
