In this work we describe changes in higher-order chromatin structure during the DSB-repair. Especially, we show the importance of chromatin decondenzation in the initial stage of repair process, which might be associated with chromatin exchange aberrations.
V práci popisujeme změny chromatinu vyššího řádu doprovázející reparaci DSB. Zejména poukazujeme na nutnost dekondenzace chromatinu v rané fázi reparace, která může být potenciálně spojená i výměnnými chromosomálními aberacemi.
