The paper deals with a method and a model of quasi periodic structures. The simple model determining the degree of crystallicity as the function of an average lattice point(s) displacement is proposed. A couple of practical examples show the usefulness of the proposed model, including a diffractive behavior of periodic structures prepared by e beam lithography.

V článku je navržena metoda a obecný model pro analýzu kvaziperiodických struktur. Jednoduchý model popisuje stupeň uspořádanosti struktury v závislosti na průměrné nepřesnosti umístění jednotlivých uzlů. Teorie je doplněna řadou praktických příkladů, včetně difraktivního chování periodických struktur realizovaných pomocí elektronového litografu.
