Als Schwerpunkt der Professionalisierung der Arbeit der Lehrer sehen wir die Kultivierung der fachdidaktischen Kompetenz des Lehrers. Damit meinen wir die Kenntnisse der Unterrichtsgegenstandes und seiner Didaktik und Fähigkeit der Realisation in Praxis. Ein der möglichen Wege ist die Ausführung der qualifizierten pädagogischen Reflexion. Ausgangsbasis des Beitrages bilden die Beispiele der individuellen Reflexion einer Unterrichtsepisode bezüglich auf Thema "Brüche". Der Beitrag der Kollektivreflexion angedeutet ist. Einige offene Fragen herausgegriffen sind.

In our opinion the core of professional development of teachers is cultivation of their subject didactical competence. It means knowledge of subject matter and its didactical elaboration and ability to realize it in school practice. One of ways of this cultivation is pursuance of qualified ( individual and joint ) pedagogical reflection. Examples of reflections of one teaching episode related to the notion of fraction are the basis of this contribution.

Za jádro profesního růstu učitelů považujeme kultivaci jejich oborově didaktické kompetence. To znamená znalost oboru a jeho didaktického zpracování i dovednost jeho realizace ve školní praxi. Jednou z cest této kultivace je provádění kvalifikované pedagogické reflexe. Základem příspěvku jsou ukázky individuálních reflexí videozáznamu jedné vyučovací epizody vztahující se k tématu "zlomek". Je naznačen přínos kolektivní reflexe při zkvalitňování profesní kompetence učitelů. Jsou uvedeny otevřené otázky.
