For a series of different proteins we have quantified the higher affinity of Na+ over K+ to the protein surface by means of molecular dynamics simulations and conductivity measurements.
Pro řadu různých proteinů jsme kvantifikovali vyšší afinitu Na+ proti K+ k povrchu proteinu pomocí simulací molekulové dynamiky a měření vodivosti.
