We investigated the growth of yeast culture on mercury electrode. Using differential capacity, impedance spectrometry and measuring on electrical values in time we were able electrochemically to determine the number of cells in solution and to show the formation of biofilm on the surface of electrode.

Zkoumali jsme růst kvasinkové kultury na rtuťové elektrodě. Pomocí měření diferenciální kapacity, impedanční spektroskopie a časových měření jsme byli schopni elektrochemicky stanovit koncentraci buněk v roztoku a prokázat vznik biofilmu na povrchu elektrody.
