We have localised stroma and grana thylakoid membrane compartments of pea chloroplasts using fluorescence microscopy at the temperature of 77 K and for the first time measure their low temperature in situ.

Pomocí elektronové mikroskopie jsme lokalizovali stromální a granální části thylakoidní membrány chloroplastů hrachu a poprvé určili jejich nízkoteplotní fluorescenční emisní spektra.
