AnnotationThe loading curve dependency and presence of ´pop-in´effects were studied for different materials and indentation methods specifically on metals with face-centered cubic(Ni)and tetragonal(Sn)crystalline structures. The nanoindentation experiments were performed on CSM UNHT(ultra nano hardness tester)instrument using a diamond Berkovich tip and on an atomic force microscope using a steel indentation cantilever.
