    AnnotationIt has been published that clinical prognosis of oncological patients is correlated with numerous changes in the peripheral blood. Furthemore, it has been proven that the poor prognosis of HNSCC patients is associated with cancer cachexia, T status, increased C-reactive protein and decreased haemoglobin levels. We have demonstrated a statistically significant difference in haemoglobin level and erythorcyte count between the group of patients without evidence of disease, and the group with cancer relapse
