In the cured mice specific resistance to the second administration of the same tumor was observed and re-transplantation with a lethal dose of the same cancer cells survive without any additional treatment. Five patients with generalized brest carcinoma were treated with this polymeric drugs and no toxicity was observed in any of cases.
