AnnotationThe purpose of this study was to evaliate the immunomodulating potential of two IL-2 immunocomplexes formed by IL-2 and anti-IL-2 mAbs, namely S4B6 and JES6-1, which were recently described to have strong in vivo stimulatory activity toward several subpopulations of imunocompetent cells.
