Článek seznamuje s výzkumným záměrem Českého historického ústavu v Římě, jímž je výzkum rukopisných bohemik uložených ve vatikánských ev. římských knihovnách. V úvodu je podán přehled českého rukopisného bádání ve vatikánské knihovně od 1. poloviny 19. stol. až do současnosti. V další části seznamuje autor s rukopisnými bohemiky uloženými v knihovně Palatina.

The article informs of the research aim of the Czech Historical Institute in Rome, ie study of bohemical manuscripts preserved in Vatican and Rome libraries. As an introduction, there is a survey of the Czech research on manuscripts in Vatican library from the 1st half of the 19th century. The author then informs about the bohemical manuscripts housed in the library Palatinum.
