Das Königreich Böhmen war bis Ende 1918 eines der Kronländer der Habsburgermonarchie. Die Kronländer waren öffentlich-rechtliche Körperschaften, die sich an der Staatsmacht beteiligten und auf ihrem Gebiet die Selbstverwaltung ausübten. Die Landesselbstverwaltung war Teil der öffentlichen Verwaltung, die von den Landesbehörden und -körperschaften des Königreichs Böhmen ausgeübt wurde. Aufgrund der Aufteilung der Staatsmacht in der österreichischen konstitutionellen Monarchie und im Konzept des liberalen politischen Systems in Cisleithanien war das Königreich Böhmen zwar vor allem ein Selbstverwaltungssubjekt, verfügte jedoch in vielen Fällen auch über Staatsmacht, und somit beteiligte es sich auch an der Gesetzgebung.



Until the end of 1918, the Kingdom of Bohemia was one of the crown lands of the Habsburg monarchy. The Crown Countries of the Habsburg Monarchy as Kongdom Bohemia were public corporations that participated in and exercised state power self-government in its territory. The provincial self - government was part of the public administration which performed by the provincial authorities of the Kingdom of Bohemia. Due to the division of state power in Austria constitutional monarchy and the concept of a liberal political system in Cisleithania was a kingdom Bohemia was primarily the subject of self-government, in many cases it had also by state power, and therefore also participated in the creation of legislation.
