The technologies of additive production processes, which are represented in particular by the selective laser melting, are rapidly developing, making it possible to produce very complex structures and very unusual materials. Apparent universality and capabilities beyond other manufacturing technologies have their limits not only in the economic balance of the process itself, but also in the material properties of the resulting products.
